FINALIDAD DEL TRATAMIENTO DE SUS DATOS: Incluir su candidatura en futuros procesos de selección de la empresa.
CONSERVACIÓN DE LOS DATOS: Los datos se conservarán durante un plazo de 6 meses desde la recepción del curriculum. Agotado este plazo la empresa destruirá el curriculum al menos que el candidato haya mandado una actualización del mismo.
LEGITIMACIÓN PARA EL TRATAMIENTO: Consentimiento explícito otorgado con la aceptación de las condiciones de uso de nuestro formulario.
DESTINATARIOS DE SUS DATOS PERSONALES: No se prevén cesiones de datos salvo en aquellos casos en que exista una obligación legal. No hay previsión de transferencias de datos internacionales. En caso de que la empresa envíe su curriculum a un tercero se solicitará formalmente su conformidad.
SUS DERECHOS: Puede revocar el consentimiento y ejercer sus Derechos a acceder, rectificar, oponerse, limitar, portar y suprimir los datos, escribiendo a Iter Camino SL, en Vicent Tomás i Martí, 7 Bj. 46015, Valencia además de acudir a la autoridad de control competente (AEPD).

RIGHTS: The party can revoke the agreement and exercise their Rights to access, rectify, oppose, limit, keep and suppress data, writing to Iter Camino SL, in Vicent Tomás i Martí 7 Bj. 46015, Valencia apart from coming to the competent control authority (AEPD).
