Iter Camino Idiomas es una empresa privada operada por Iter Camino SL, propiedad de Dan Liu, acreditada por el Instituto Cervantes.
La escuela se encuentra en Vicent Tomás i Martí, 7 bajo, 46015, Valencia.

- CONTRATO
1.1 Iter Camino Idiomas garantiza que todas las descripciones de programas y servicios complementarios correspondientes a los precios y fechas de 2026 están actualizadas. Cualquier acuerdo especial deberá constar por escrito y estar firmado por Iter Camino Idiomas.
1.2 Iter Camino Idiomas garantiza un máximo de 10 estudiantes por aula.
1.3 Iter Camino Idiomas no utilizará imágenes ni vídeos con fines promocionales salvo que conste el consentimiento expreso y por escrito del estudiante, recogido en el documento de privacidad que se entregará en el momento de la inscripción.
1.4 En caso de falta disciplinaria grave o comportamiento inapropiado reiterado, el estudiante será expulsado del programa contratado sin derecho a reembolso alguno.
1.5 Las ofertas publicadas o descuentos especiales no son acumulables y están sujetos a disponibilidad. No se realizarán cambios en reservas recibidas antes de una promoción. Las ofertas pueden consultarse en recepción o a través de WhatsApp y correo electrónico.
1.6 Cualquier comentario o reclamación deberá presentarse por escrito dentro de las primeras 24 horas, a través del buzón de recepción o mediante el formulario online. Solo las reclamaciones realizadas durante la estancia del estudiante podrán dar lugar a una posible compensación, reembolso o cambio. Las reclamaciones presentadas tras la salida se considerarán sugerencias de mejora.
1.7 Los cursos de español pueden contratarse a distancia mediante WhatsApp o correo electrónico. Las reservas realizadas por estos medios tienen plena validez contractual conforme a la normativa vigente.
1.8 De acuerdo con la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) y la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (Ley 34/2002), el estudiante que contrate un curso a distancia tiene derecho a desistir del contrato en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la confirmación de la reserva, sin necesidad de justificación.
1.9 Para ejercer este derecho, el estudiante deberá comunicar su decisión de desistimiento a través de WhatsApp o correo electrónico.
1.10 Iter Camino Idiomas confirmará la recepción de la solicitud y, en su caso, procederá a la devolución de los importes abonados conforme a la normativa aplicable.
- ACREDITACIÓN DE CURSOS
2.1 Se expedirá un certificado personalizado de asistencia y aprovechamiento conforme a las directrices del Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas (MCER).
2.2 El certificado incluirá el nombre del curso, el nivel, el número de horas completadas, las fechas de inscripción y el nivel alcanzado.
2.3 El certificado se expedirá únicamente a los estudiantes que hayan asistido al menos al 80 % de las clases y, en el caso del certificado de aprovechamiento, hayan superado la evaluación interna con un mínimo del 60 %. Este certificado no tiene validez oficial conforme a la legislación sobre educación no formal.
- BONO
3.1 Si el curso ha comenzado y el estudiante cancela, no se reembolsará el importe abonado. La escuela ofrecerá un bono por el valor del curso, utilizable durante los 12 meses siguientes.
3.2 Transcurrido dicho plazo, el estudiante perderá todo derecho al crédito o reembolso. El bono no es transferible.
3.3 Los precios pueden variar anualmente, lo que puede afectar al valor del bono.
- CURSOS Y SERVICIOS
4.1 Tiempo estimado para completar un nivel:
A1: 100 h | A2: 120 h | B1: 140 h | B2: 160 h | C1: 180 h | C2: 240 h
4.2 La hora lectiva tiene una duración de 50 minutos.
4.3 La prueba de nivel es obligatoria para todos los estudiantes, excepto para quienes no tengan conocimientos previos del idioma.
4.4 El material didáctico deberá adquirirse cuando el profesor lo indique. Estará disponible en el centro o podrá comprarse por cuenta del estudiante.
4.5 Los estudiantes no podrán elegir al profesor asignado.
4.6 Al finalizar el curso, junto con el certificado, el estudiante recibirá una encuesta de satisfacción.
4.7 Los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales deberán comunicarlo en el momento de la matrícula.
4.8 Las tasas de matrícula, el certificado y las tutorías o apoyo al aprendizaje están incluidos en el precio del curso.
4.9 Las tutorías deberán solicitarse con cita previa en recepción o por WhatsApp.
4.10 Los cambios o cancelaciones de las clases de la semana siguiente deberán comunicarse como máximo el jueves de la semana anterior.
4.11 La escuela dispone de una biblioteca con lecturas graduadas. Para el préstamo se solicitará un depósito de 10 €, que será devuelto tras la entrega del material en buen estado.
- CAMBIOS Y CANCELACIONES DE CURSOS
5.1 Fuerza mayor
En casos de fuerza mayor, Iter Camino Idiomas ofrecerá clases online siempre que sea posible. En caso contrario, el curso se reservará y se extenderá su período de validez proporcionalmente.
5.2 Clases individuales
5.2.1 El estudiante deberá avisar con al menos 72 horas de antelación para recuperar una clase privada. De lo contrario, se considerará impartida.
5.2.2 En caso de enfermedad, deberá presentarse justificante médico. La recuperación quedará sujeta a la disponibilidad del centro.
5.2.3 Si la escuela cancela un curso:
- Antes del inicio: reembolso total o cambio de curso.
- Una vez iniciado: reembolso proporcional de las clases no disfrutadas.
5.3 Clases grupales
5.3.1 Si el grupo queda reducido a un solo estudiante, este podrá:
- Cambiar a clases individuales, compensando el valor restante.
- Pausar el curso hasta formar nuevo grupo, sin derecho a reembolso.
5.3.2 Si el grupo queda con 2 o 3 estudiantes, podrán:
- Reducir la duración de la clase en un 25% (30 minutos en curso semiintensivo y 60 minutos en curso intensivo).
- Cambiar a tarifas individuales 1v2 o 1v3.
Cambios o cancelaciones por parte del estudiante
5.3.3 Solo podrán pausarse semanas completas, notificándolo con al menos 7 días de antelación.
5.3.4 En caso de urgencia médica justificada, se repondrán semanas completas o superiores.
Cambios o cancelaciones por parte de la escuela
5.3.5 Si la escuela debe modificar la modalidad del curso, ofrecerá:
- Cambio a modalidad de menor importe o clases individuales.
- Bono válido durante 12 meses.
- Reembolso del importe restante.
5.4 Las cancelaciones previas al inicio deberán comunicarse por escrito a info@itercamino.com o por WhatsApp al +34 661 307 641. No se aceptarán cancelaciones por otros medios.
- RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL
Iter Camino Idiomas dispone de un seguro de accidentes y responsabilidad civil. No se responsabiliza de pérdidas o robos de objetos personales. Actúa únicamente como intermediario con la aseguradora.
- VISADOS PARA ESPAÑA
7.1 Los ciudadanos de la Unión Europea no necesitan visado.
7.2 Los estudiantes de otros países deberán informarse en la Embajada o Consulado de España correspondiente.
Los certificados emitidos por Iter Camino Idiomas no tienen validez oficial y solo confirman la inscripción en un curso. No se garantiza la concesión del visado.
La escuela enviará gratuitamente, previa solicitud y pago completo:
- Confirmación del programa.
- Factura del curso.
7.3 En caso de denegación del visado, se reembolsará el importe del curso menos 300 €, previa presentación de la notificación oficial.
7.4 Iter Camino Idiomas no se responsabiliza de los costes de repatriación.
7.5 Si el visado no se obtiene a tiempo, se cobrarán las dos primeras semanas. Si el visado es concedido y el estudiante cancela, no habrá reembolso.
- FESTIVOS
8.1 Los festivos corresponden a la ciudad de Valencia y pueden estar sujetos a cambios oficiales: 1, 6 y 22 de enero, 19 de marzo, 3, 6 y 13 de abril, 1 de mayo, 24 de junio, 15 de agosto, 9 y 12 de octubre, 8 y 25 de diciembre.
8.2 Las clases perdidas por festivos no se recuperarán ni se reembolsarán, salvo que coincidan varios festivos en una misma semana. Las clases individuales se recuperarán siempre.
- PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES
9.1 De conformidad con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, los datos personales serán tratados exclusivamente para fines operativos y comerciales de la empresa.
9.2 El estudiante podrá ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación y supresión conforme a la normativa vigente. Más información en la Política de Privacidad disponible en www.itercamino.com.
- ACUERDO
10.1 La inscripción o el pago del curso implica la aceptación de estas condiciones.
Los precios son válidos del 1 de enero de 2026 al 31 de diciembre de 2026. Documento impreso en diciembre de 2025, sujeto a cambios.
- RESOLUCIÓN DE CONFLICTOS Y JURISDICCIÓN
Sin perjuicio de los derechos que asisten al consumidor conforme a la normativa vigente, cualquier controversia será sometida a los juzgados y tribunales de Valencia
- CONDICIONES DE PAGO
12.1 El curso deberá abonarse antes de su inicio. En caso contrario, se exigirá una reserva no reembolsable de 50 € (grupos) o 30 € (individuales).
12.2 El pago podrá realizarse en efectivo, con tarjeta o mediante transferencia bancaria. El reembolso se efectuará por el mismo medio utilizado.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Iter Camino Idiomas is a private language school operated by Iter Camino SL, owned by Dan Liu, and accredited by the Instituto Cervantes.

- CONTRACT
1.1 Iter Camino Idiomas guarantees that all descriptions of programs and complementary services corresponding to the prices and dates for 2026 are up to date. Any special agreement must be made in writing and signed by Iter Camino Idiomas.
1.2 Iter Camino Idiomas guarantees a maximum of 10 students per classroom.
1.3 Iter Camino Idiomas will not use images or videos for promotional purposes unless the student has given explicit written consent, as stated in the privacy document provided at the time of enrollment.
1.4 In the event of serious misconduct or repeated inappropriate behavior, the student will be expelled from the contracted program without any right to a refund.
1.5 Published offers or special discounts cannot be combined and are subject to availability. No changes will be made to reservations received prior to a promotion. Offers may be consulted at reception or via WhatsApp and email.
1.6 Any comment or complaint must be submitted in writing within the first 24 hours, either through the reception complaint box or via the online form. Only complaints made during the student’s stay may give rise to compensation, refunds, or changes. Complaints submitted after departure will be considered suggestions for improvement.
1.7 Spanish courses may be contracted remotely via WhatsApp or email. Reservations made through these means are legally binding in accordance with applicable regulations.
1.8 In accordance with the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (Law 34/2002), students who contract a course remotely have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of reservation confirmation, without providing justification.
1.9 To exercise this right, the student must notify Iter Camino Idiomas of their decision via WhatsApp or email.
1.10 Iter Camino Idiomas will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request and, where applicable, will refund the amounts paid in accordance with current regulations.
- COURSE CERTIFICATION
2.1 A personalized certificate of attendance and achievement will be issued in accordance with the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
2.2 The certificate will include the course name, level, number of completed hours, enrollment dates, and the level achieved.
2.3 Certificates will only be issued to students who attend at least 80% of classes and, in the case of an achievement certificate, who pass the internal assessment with a minimum score of 60%. These certificates are not official qualifications under current legislation on non-formal education.
- CREDIT VOUCHER
3.1 If the course has already started and the student cancels, no refund will be issued. The school will offer a credit voucher for the value of the course, valid for use within the following 12 months.
3.2 Once the 12-month period has elapsed, the student will lose any right to credit or refund. The voucher is non-transferable.
3.3 Prices may vary from year to year, which may affect the value of the voucher.
- COURSES AND SERVICES
4.1 Estimated time to complete each level:
A1: 100 h | A2: 120 h | B1: 140 h | B2: 160 h | C1: 180 h | C2: 240 h
4.2 A class period lasts 50 minutes.
4.3 A placement test is mandatory for all students, except for those with no prior knowledge of Spanish.
4.4 Course materials must be purchased when indicated by the teacher. Materials will be available at the school or may be purchased independently by the student.
4.5 Students may not choose their teacher.
4.6 At the end of the course, students will receive a satisfaction survey together with their certificate.
4.7 Students with special educational needs must inform the school at the time of enrollment.
4.8 Registration fees, certificates, tutoring sessions, and learning support services are included in the course price.
4.9 Tutoring or learning support sessions must be requested in advance at reception or via WhatsApp.
4.10 Changes or cancellations for the following week’s classes must be communicated no later than Thursday of the previous week.
4.11 The school has a library with graded readers. A €10 deposit will be required for book loans and will be refunded upon return of the book in good condition.
- COURSE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
5.1 Cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, or similar circumstances), Iter Camino Idiomas will offer online classes whenever possible. If online delivery is not possible, the course will be paused and its validity period extended proportionally.
5.2 Individual Classes
5.2.1 If a student cannot attend a private lesson, they must notify Iter Camino Idiomas in writing at least 72 hours in advance in order to reschedule. Otherwise, the class will be considered completed.
5.2.2 In cases of illness or medical treatment, a medical certificate must be provided. Rescheduling will depend on the school’s availability.
5.2.3 If the school cancels a course:
- Before the course starts: full refund or course change.
- After the course has started: proportional refund for unused classes.
5.3 Group Classes
5.3.1 If a group is reduced to one student, the student may choose to:
- Switch to individual classes, with the remaining group classes credited toward private lessons.
- Pause the course until a suitable group is formed. No refund will be issued.
5.3.2 If a group is reduced to 2 or 3 students, they may:
- Reduce the class duration by 25% (30 minutes for the semi-intensive course and 60 minutes for the intensive course).
- Switch to 1v2 or 1v3 private class rates.
Changes or Cancellations by the Student
5.3.3 Only full weeks may be paused, with at least 7 days’ prior notice. Otherwise, classes will be counted and charged.
5.3.4 In case of medical emergency and with a valid medical certificate, full weeks or longer periods may be rescheduled.
Changes or Cancellations by the School
5.3.5 If the school must change the course modality due to workload or organizational reasons, it will offer:
- A lower-cost modality (4 or 6 hours per week) or individual classes until the remaining credit is used.
- A credit voucher valid for 12 months.
- A refund of the remaining balance.
5.4 Students wishing to cancel a course before it starts must notify Iter Camino Idiomas in writing by email at info@itercamino.com or via WhatsApp at +34 661 307 641. Cancellations submitted through other channels will not be accepted.
- CIVIL LIABILITY
Iter Camino Idiomas has accident and civil liability insurance covering minor incidents occurring on its premises. The school is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Iter Camino Idiomas acts solely as an intermediary with the insurance company; any claims must be addressed directly to the insurer.
- VISAS FOR SPAIN
7.1 Citizens of European Union countries do not require a visa to enter Spain.
7.2 Students from other countries must obtain information regarding visa requirements from the nearest Spanish Embassy or Consulate.
Enrollment certificates issued by Iter Camino Idiomas are not official documents and only confirm enrollment in a Spanish course. The school is not responsible for visa refusals.
Upon request and provided that the full program fee has been paid in a single installment, the school will send:
- Confirmation of the Spanish program.
- Invoice for the total course fee.
7.3 If a student visa is denied, Iter Camino Idiomas will refund the course fee minus €300, upon receipt of official proof of refusal.
7.4 Iter Camino Idiomas is not responsible for repatriation costs.
7.5 If the visa is not granted in time for the scheduled start date, the first two weeks will be charged. If the visa is granted and the student cancels, no refund will be issued.
- PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
8.1 Public holidays correspond to the city of Valencia and may be subject to official changes. January 1st, 6th and 22nd; March 19th; April 3rd, 6th and 13th; May 1st; June 24th; August 15th; October 9th and 12th; December 8th and 25th.
8.2 Classes missed due to public holidays will not be made up or refunded, except when more than one holiday falls within the same week. Individual (one-to-one) classes will always be rescheduled.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
9.1 In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, personal data will be processed solely for the school’s operational and commercial purposes.
9.2 Students may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion in accordance with current legislation. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy on our website: www.itercamino.com.
- AGREEMENT
10.1 Enrollment or payment of course fees implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Prices are valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Document printed in December 2025 and subject to change.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
Without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under applicable law, any dispute arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, Spain.
- PAYMENT CONDITIONS
12.1 All courses must be paid before the start date. If full payment is not made, a non-refundable deposit will be required (€50 for group courses and €30 for individual courses).
12.2 Payment may be made in cash, by card, or via bank transfer. Any refund will be issued using the same payment method.

1.7 西班牙语课程可通过 WhatsApp 或电子邮件远程报名。通过这些方式进行的预订在现行法规下具有完全的合同效力。
1.8 根据《消费者和用户保护通用法》（皇家法令第1/2007号）及《信息社会服务与电子商务法》（第34/2002号法），远程报名课程的学生自预订确认之日起14个自然日内，有权无理由解除合同。
1.9 若要行使此权利，学生须通过 WhatsApp 或电子邮件告知其解除合同的决定。

2、课程认证
2.1 将根据《欧洲语言共同参考框架》（MCER）的指导原则，颁发个性化的出勤及学习成果证书。
2.2 证书将包含课程名称、级别、完成学时数、报名日期以及所达到的水平。
2.3 证书仅颁发给至少出勤 80% 课程的学生；若为学习成果证书，则需通过内部评估且成绩至少达到 60%。根据非正规教育相关法规，该证书不具备官方效力。
3、优惠券/ 代金券
3.1 如果课程已开始且学生取消报名，已支付的费用将不予退还。学校将提供相应课程价值的代金券，可在随后12个月内使用。
3.2 逾期后，学生将失去对该代金券或退款的任何权利。代金券不可转让。
3.3 价格可能每年有所变动，这可能会影响代金券的价值。
4、课程与服务
4.1 完成一个级别的预计时间：
A1: 100 h | A2: 120 h | B1: 140 h | B2: 160 h | C1: 180 h | C2: 240 h
4.2 一节课的时长为50分钟
4.3 所有学生必须参加水平测试，但对于完全没有语言基础的学生除外。
4.4 教材应在教师指导后购买，可在学校购买，也可由学生自行购买。
4.5 学生不得选择指定教师。
4.6 课程结束时，学生将在领取证书的同时收到一份满意度调查问卷。
4.7 有特殊教育需求的学生须在报名时进行说明。
4.8 课程费用包括报名费、证书以及辅导或学习支持服务。
4.9 辅导须提前通过前台或 WhatsApp 预约。
4.10 如需更改或取消下一周的课程，需在周四之前通知学校。
4.11 学校设有分级阅读图书馆。借阅需缴纳 10 欧元押金，教材完好归还后押金将退还。
5、课程变更与取消
5.1 不可抗力
在不可抗力情况下，Iter Camino Idiomas 将尽可能提供在线课程。如无法提供，课程将被保留，并按比例延长有效期。
5.2 一对一课程
5.2.1 学生须至少提前 72 小时通知，以便补上私人课程。否则，该课程将视为已上课。
5.2.2 如因病缺课，须出具医疗证明。补课安排需视学校空位情况而定。
5.2.3 如学校取消课程：
- 开课前：全额退款或更换课程。
- 开课后：按未上课程比例退款。
5.3 小组课程
5.3.1 如果小组只剩一名学生，该学生可以选择：
- 改为一对一课程，并补足剩余课程的差额。
- 暂停课程，直到组建新班，但无退款权利。
5.3.2 如果小组剩下 2 至 3 名学生，他们可以选择：
- 将课堂时长缩短25%（半强化课程减少 30 分钟，强化课程减少 60 分钟）
- 改为一对二或一对三的个人收费课程。
学生发起的课程变更或取消
5.3.3 仅可暂停整周课程，且需至少提前 7 天通知。
5.3.4 如有合理的医疗紧急情况，可补上整周或更长时间的课程。
学校发起的课程变更或取消
5.3.5 如果学校需要更改课程形式，将提供：
- 改为价格较低的课程形式或一对一课程。
- 代金券有效期为12 个月。
- 退还剩余金额。
5.4 开课前的取消须以书面形式通知至 info@itercamino.com 或通过 WhatsApp 发至 +34 661 307 641。其他方式的取消不予接受。
6、民事责任
Iter Camino Idiomas 拥有意外及民事责任保险，但对个人物品的丢失或被盗不承担责任，仅作为保险公司的中介。
7、西班牙签证
7.1 欧盟公民无需办理签证。
7.2 来自其他国家的学生应向西班牙驻本国大使馆或领事馆了解相关信息。
Iter Camino Idiomas 颁发的证书不具官方效力，仅用于确认课程报名。不保证签证获批。
学校将在学生提出申请并完成全额付款后，免费寄送：
- 课程确认书。
- 课程发票。
7.3 如签证被拒，凭官方通知可退还课程费用，但需扣除 300 欧元。
7.4 Iter Camino Idiomas 不承担遣返费用。
7.5 若签证未能及时获得，将收取前两周费用。若签证获批且学生取消课程，则不予退款。
8、节假日
8.1 节假日按瓦伦西亚市规定，可能会有官方调整：1月1日、6日、22日；3月19日；4月3日、6日、13日；5月1日；6月24日；8月15日；10月9日、12日；12月8日、25日。
8.2 因节假日导致的课程缺席不予补课或退款，但同一周内若遇多个节假日除外。所有一对一课程均可补课。

9.1 根据《欧盟通用数据保护条例》（EU 2016/679，GDPR）及《西班牙有机法 3/2018》，个人数据仅用于公司的运营和商业目的。

10、协议
10.1 报名或支付课程费用即表示接受本条款。价格适用于 2026 年 1 月 1 日至 12 月 31 日。本文档于 2025 年 12 月印刷，内容可能有所变动。
11、争议解决与管辖权
在不影响消费者根据现行法规享有的权利的前提下，任何争议均提交瓦伦西亚的法院管辖。
12、付款条款
12.1 课程费用须在开课前支付。否则，需支付不可退还的预订金：团体课程 50 欧元，个人课程 30 欧元。
12.2 支付可通过现金、刷卡或银行转账进行。退款将通过原支付方式返还。
