Por ello, agradecemos su confianza y le aseguramos que trataremos sus datos de forma responsable. Nos tomamos muy en serio la protección de sus datos. Esta política describe nuestras prácticas en el tratamiento de la información de la web y las diferentes posibilidades que le ofrecemos para que nos indique cómo prefiere que recojamos y utilicemos su información personal.

Por favor, lea esta política cuidadosamente pues al visitar o usar la web de Iter Camino usted da su consentimiento para que sus datos sean procesados de acuerdo a nuestra política de privacidad.

Esta política siempre será aplicable cuando se faciliten datos a Iter Camino, el cual será responsable de sus datos (Responsable del Tratamiento de los Datos), y a través de cualquiera de los formularios de contacto o suscripción donde se recojan datos de carácter personal (nombre, email, etc.).

¿Qué datos recoge Iter Camino?

Recogemos información sobre usted para:

El usuario, al aportar los datos requeridos en los formularios es el único responsable de la veracidad de los datos remitidos, garantizando y respondiendo de la exactitud, vigencia y autenticidad de los datos personales facilitados, comprometiéndose a mantenerlos debidamente actualizados.

Mantendremos los datos durante el tiempo estrictamente necesario para la prestación del servicio solicitado y mientras el titular no solicite su eliminación, adoptando las medidas adecuadas de carácter técnico y organizativo contra el tratamiento no autorizado o ilícito y contra su pérdida, destrucción o daño accidentales, haciendo todo lo posible por protegerlos y mantenerlos de forma segura.

No se prevén cesiones de datos a terceros salvo en aquellos casos en que exista una obligación legal. No hay previsión de transferencias de datos internacionales.

¿A qué nos comprometemos?

¿Qué derechos tiene sobre los datos personales aportados?

Los alumnos, como titulares de datos personales, tienen una serie de derechos reconocidos tanto por la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD) en España como por el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) de la Unión Europea. Estos derechos están diseñados para garantizar el control sobre sus datos personales.

1. Consultar cualquier duda y a que se le informe de cómo usamos los datos y a obtener acceso a los mismos. El alumno puede solicitar saber si sus datos están siendo tratados, qué datos concretos se tienen, con qué finalidad, durante cuánto tiempo, y a quién se han comunicado.
2. Que se rectifique o borre su información o a imponer limitaciones en el tratamiento de la misma. Permite al alumno corregir datos personales inexactos o incompletos.
3. Cancelación de los datos. Posibilita solicitar la eliminación de los datos cuando, por ejemplo, ya no sean necesarios para los fines para los que fueron recogidos, o si se retira el consentimiento.
4. Oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos. Permite oponerse al tratamiento de datos personales en determinadas circunstancias, por motivos relacionados con una situación particular.
5. Portabilidad de los datos. El alumno puede solicitar recibir sus datos personales en un formato estructurado y legible, o que se transmitan a otro responsable del tratamiento.
6. Limitación del tratamiento. El alumno puede solicitar que se suspenda el tratamiento de sus datos, por ejemplo, mientras se verifica su exactitud o la legitimidad del tratamiento.
7. No ser objeto de decisiones automatizadas. No ser sometido a decisiones basadas únicamente en tratamientos automatizados, incluyendo la elaboración de perfiles, que produzcan efectos jurídicos o afecten significativamente.
8. Retirar el consentimiento. Cuando el tratamiento se base en el consentimiento, el alumno puede retirarlo en cualquier momento, sin que esto afecte a la legalidad del tratamiento previo.

Derechos digitales en el ámbito educativo (LOPDGDD)

• Derecho a la educación digital.
• Derecho a la protección de datos en el uso de tecnologías educativas.
• Derecho a la desconexión digital fuera del horario lectivo (en algunos contextos).
