Condiciones generales para las reservas, cambios y cancelaciones
●Para informar de cualquier cambio en las clases deberá comunicarse a través de los siguientes medios:

●Los cursos de español ofrecidos por nuestra escuela pueden contratarse a distancia, a través de comunicación por WhatsApp o correo electrónico. Las reservas realizadas mediante estos medios tienen plena validez contractual conforme a la normativa vigente.
De acuerdo con lo establecido en la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) y en la Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI – Ley 34/2002), el usuario que contrate un curso a distancia tiene derecho a desistir del contrato sin necesidad de justificación en un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la fecha de confirmación de la reserva.
Para ejercer este derecho de forma gratuita, el estudiante puede comunicar su decisión de desistimiento a través de cualquiera de los medios mencionados anteriormente (whatsapp o correo electrónico).
La escuela confirmará la recepción de la solicitud de desistimiento y, en su caso, procederá a la devolución de los importes abonados según lo previsto por la normativa.
●No se podrán realizar cambios o cancelaciones los viernes de cara a la siguiente semana.
●En caso de que el curso grupal o individual haya comenzado y el estudiante cancele, no se reembolsará el importe. La escuela ofrecerá un bono con el valor del curso para emplearlo en los siguientes 12 meses.
●En ningún caso se le permitirá al estudiante transferir o vender sus horas a otro estudiante, sea cual sea su relación de parentesco.
●En caso de ser menor de edad, el padre, madre o tutor legal deberá firmar su consentimiento y las reglas para los cursos en un documento habilitado para ello antes de la matrícula.
●Los servicios como la matrícula, las tutorías, el certificado de asistencia y las tasas están incluidos en el precio del curso.
●En situaciones de pausas o cancelaciones temporales ocasionadas por causas de fuerza mayor, como desastres naturales, fallos en el suministro energético generalizado u otras circunstancias similares, la institución se compromete a reservar el curso correspondiente y a extender la fecha de pago de los estudiantes de manera proporcional al período en el que no se hayan llevado a cabo las clases.
Clases individuales
Cambios/cancelaciones por parte del estudiante
●El cambio de fechas, ausencia o pausa no tiene ningún coste extra pero es necesario que se informe a la escuela con 3 días de antelación, para facilitar la organización de la escuela. Si no se notifica con anterioridad, serán contadas como horas lectivas y no se devolverá el importe de las clases.
●En caso de enfermedad, intervención médica u otros aspectos relacionados con la salud se deberá presentar el debido justificante médico para solicitar la recuperación de la clase. En dicho caso, Iter Camino Idiomas decidirá en qué momento y cómo se recupera la clase atendiendo a la disponibilidad de la escuela y al volumen de trabajo.
●En caso de cancelación por parte del estudiante (por razones personales o médicas) cuando el curso no ha comenzado. La escuela devolverá el importe del curso a excepción de la reserva de 30 euros.
Cambios/cancelaciones por parte de la escuela
●Si se cancela el curso por parte de la escuela cuando el curso no ha comenzado, se devolverá el importe íntegro del curso o el estudiante podrá decidir cambiar a otro tipo de curso.
●Si se cancela el curso por parte de la escuela cuando el curso ha comenzado, se devolverá el importe restante de las clases no disfrutadas.
Clases grupales
●En las clases grupales se admitirá un mínimo 4 alumnos y un máximo de 8.
●En las clases grupales de modalidad de 10h/semana o semi intensivo, si la mayoría del grupo se matricula en las modalidades de 6h o 4h/semana el aforo máximo podrá aumentar a 12 estudiantes.
●En las clases grupales cuando existan varios estudiantes que no asisten todos los días designados para este grupo, se deberá llegar a un acuerdo para que asistan los mismos días, si no, el programa de clase se extenderá más de lo estimado.
●Si el grupo se reduce hasta quedar un solo estudiante, este deberá elegir entre dos opciones:
●Cambiar a clases individuales, para ello se compensará el valor de las clases en grupo que le queden por el equivalente al valor de las clases individuales.
●Pausar el curso y esperar a que la escuela cuente con un grupo en el que pueda incluirse. En ningún caso se devolverá el importe del curso.
●Si un grupo se queda con 2 o 3 estudiantes, tendrán dos opciones:
●Reducir media hora de su clase.
●Cambiar a las tarifas individuales 1v2 o 1v3.
Cambios/cancelaciones por parte del estudiante
●Solo se podrán pausar semanas completas y no días sueltos de las clases. Para ello, debe informar a la escuela con una semana (7 días) de antelación. En caso contrario, las clases se contarán como lectivas y se cobrarán.
●En caso de urgencia y de contar con justificante médico, las clases se repondrán, siempre que sea una semana completa o más.
Cambios/cancelaciones por parte de la escuela
●En caso de que por parte de la escuela se deba realizar un cambio de modalidad por volumen de trabajo u otras cuestiones organizativas. La escuela ofrecerá al estudiante tres opciones:
●Ofrecer otra modalidad de menos importe (4h o 6h) o clases individuales hasta agotar el saldo disponible.
●La escuela ofrecerá un bono con el crédito restante para disfrutar durante los siguientes 12 meses.
●La devolución del importe restante.
Condiciones para cursos con visado:
●Si se ha concedido el visado, no se devolverá el precio del curso.
●Después de la emisión de la Carta de Aceptación la devolución se realizará solo y únicamente en el caso de presentación de la denegación del visado emitido por las autoridades consulares o de extranjería de España. Se reembolsará el importe completo del curso a excepción de 300€ por gastos de gestión administrativa.
●El centro no se hace responsable de los costes provenientes de la repatriación del alumno.
●El periodo máximo de tiempo para solicitar la devolución es de 1 año desde la fecha de la emisión de la Carta de Aceptación. Solo en casos excepcionales, con avisos previos de los cambios de las fechas por la presentación de recursos, se podrá prorrogar el tiempo indicado.
Condiciones de pago
●Todo alumno deberá pagar su curso antes de iniciar. En caso de no realizar el pago completo del curso, deberá abonar una reserva. En caso de grupo: 50 €. En caso de clases individuales: 30€. Este importe se puede utilizar como crédito para las siguientes clases y no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación del curso por parte del alumno.
●Los servicios como la matrícula, las tutorías, el certificado de asistencia y las tasas están incluidos en el precio del curso.
●Si se requieren documentos para el visado, el pago también deberá efectuarse en una única cuota. Además, todos los documentos, como la inscripción y la carta de aceptación, matrícula, etc, se enviarán inmediatamente después de que se reciba el pago.
●Es posible pagar en efectivo, con tarjeta y transferencia. En caso de devolución, se hará del mismo modo en que se realizó el pago.
Detalles de cursos:
Los cursos generales tienen la siguiente duración aproximada:
A1: 100 horas / A2: 120 horas / B1: 140 horas / B2: 160 horas / C1: 180 horas / C2: 240 horas.
●En el caso de un curso semi-intensivo, las clases tienen una duración de 1 hora 50 minutos diarias y en el caso de que se contrate un curso intensivo tiene una duración de 20 horas a la semana (4h diarias). En este último caso, se realizará una pausa de 20 minutos.
●La prueba de nivel será obligatoria para todos los estudiantes. Los únicos que estarán exentos serán aquellos que no tengan ningún conocimiento del idioma.
●El material que se utilizará en clase se deberá comprar cuando el profesor lo indique. El material estará disponible para comprar en nuestro centro, pero podrá ser adquirido por el estudiante por sus propios medios.
●Se le hará entrega del certificado de nivel a quien haya superado el examen final y haya asistido, al menos, al 80% de las clases. Y el certificado de asistencia a quien haya asistido, al menos, al 80% de las clases.
●Los estudiantes no podrán elegir el profesor para su curso. Los profesores tendrán turnos rotativos cada cierto tiempo en los diferentes grupos.
●Al final del curso, junto con tu certificado, recibirás una encuesta de satisfacción para evaluar tu estancia en la escuela. Puedes dejarla en la recepción cuando la termines.
Condiciones adicionales
●Iter Camino Idiomas se reserva el derecho de expulsar a cualquier alumno por mal comportamiento en el momento en el que se incumplen las normas del curso, falta de disciplina, o mal comportamiento en repetidas ocasiones. Que el comportamiento del alumno merezca su expulsión del programa será decidido exclusivamente por Iter Camino Idiomas. No se devolvería el dinero en este caso.
●Sé puntual cuando asistas a clase para no interrumpir a tus compañeros o interferir en su aprendizaje. Si tienes un retraso de más de 15 minutos del inicio de la clase, la escuela puede recomendarte asistir a la próxima clase para no molestar a tus compañeros ni interrumpir el ritmo de la clase.
●Sé educado y respetuoso con tus compañeros.
●No se permite comer ni beber en las clases. Excepto agua o café.
●Si ocurre una emergencia que requiera de intervención quirúrgica, hospitalización, u otros cuidados médicos, Iter Camino, S.L. tomará cualquier acción que crea apropiada debido a las circunstancias, pero sin responsabilizarse de organizar tratamiento médico o psiquiátrico, así como de la administración de medicina bajo receta y transporte de regreso a su país de origen.
●La escuela dispone del seguro médico con la cobertura en caso de accidentes producidos dentro de la escuela.
●La escuela se reserva el derecho de decidir si un participante del curso interno no está lo suficientemente preparado para pasar de nivel debido a su falta de conocimiento del español. En este caso, deberá extender su participación en el curso de español.
●Aquel alumno que tenga quejas o no se sienta considerado/tenido en cuenta, debe comunicarse con el Jefe de Estudios, que analizará la queja para darle solución.
●La escuela dispone de un procedimiento de atención a las quejas, reclamaciones o sugerencias de los estudiantes. Para ello, se puede encontrar un buzón en la recepción.
●El alumno que tenga necesidades educativas especiales deberá notificarlo a la escuela al momento de matricularse y especificar todo lo que considere necesario.
●Iter Camino Idiomas no utilizará imágenes ni vídeos con fines promocionales, salvo que conste el consentimiento expreso y por escrito del alumno en el documento de privacidad que se les entregará al realizar la matrícula.

Festivos (curso 2025)
1, 6 y 22 de enero; 19 de marzo; 18, 21 y 28 de abril; 1 de mayo; 15 de agosto; 9 de octubre; 1 de noviembre; 8 y 25 de diciembre.
Las horas de clase de estos días no son recuperables excepto si dos festivos coinciden en la misma semana. En este caso, se recuperará un día al final del curso. Política sin devoluciones disponibles.

General Terms and Conditions for Reservations, Changes, and Cancellations
●To report any changes in the classes you should communicate through the following means:

●The Spanish courses offered by our school can be booked remotely, through communication by WhatsApp or email. Reservations made through these means have full contractual validity in accordance with current regulations.
●In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and the Law of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI – Law 34/2002), the user who contracts a distance course has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the reservation.
●To exercise this right free of charge, the student can communicate his decision of withdrawal through any of the means mentioned above (whatsapp or email).
●The school will confirm receipt of the cancellation request and, if applicable, will proceed to refund the amounts paid as provided by the regulations.
●No changes or cancellations for the upcoming week will be accepted on Fridays.
●If a group or individual course has already commenced and the student cancels, no refund will be issued. The school will offer a voucher equivalent to the course’s value, valid for use within the next 12 months.
●Under no circumstances may a student transfer or sell their hours to another student, regardless of their relationship.
●For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form and agree to the course rules in a designated document before enrollment.
●Services such as enrollment, tutoring, attendance certificates, and fees are included in the course price.
●In situations involving temporary pauses or cancellations due to force majeure—such as natural disasters, widespread power outages, or similar circumstances—the institution commits to reserving the corresponding course and extending the students’ payment deadlines proportionally to the period during which classes were not held.
Individual Classes
Changes/Cancellations by the Student
●Changing dates, absences, or pauses incur no extra cost, but the school must be informed at least 3 days in advance to facilitate scheduling. Failure to provide prior notice will result in the classes being counted as attended, and no refund will be given.
●In cases of illness, medical procedures, or other health-related issues, a valid medical certificate must be presented to request a class rescheduling. Iter Camino Idiomas will decide when and how to reschedule the class, considering the school’s availability and workload.
●If the student cancels the course (for personal or medical reasons) before it begins, the school will refund the course fee, excluding a €30 reservation fee.
Changes/Cancellations by the School
●If the school cancels the course before it starts, the full course fee will be refunded, or the student may choose to switch to another type of course.
●If the school cancels the course after it has started, the remaining amount for unuseD classes will be refunded.
Group Classes
●If a student wishes to cancel, pause, or change their course for a period of one week or more, they must inform the school at least one week (7 days) in advance. Otherwise, the classes will be counted as attended and charged accordingly.
●Group classes require a minimum of 4 students and a maximum of 8.
●In semi-intensive group classes (10 hours/week), if the majority of the group enrolls in 6 or 4 hours/week modalities, the maximum capacity may increase to 12 students.
●If several students in a group do not attend all designated days, an agreement must be reached for them to attend on the same days; otherwise, the class program will extend beyond the estimated duration.
If the group reduces to only one student, they must choose among three options:
●Switch to individual classes, with the remaining group class hours credited towards the equivalent value of individual classes.
●Pause the course and wait for the school to form a new group. In this case, no refund will be issued.
If a group consists of 2 or 3 students, they have two options:
●Reduce the class duration by half an hour.
●Switch to individual rates for 1-on-2 or 1-on-3 classes.
●Changes/Cancellations by the Student
●If a student is absent for one to four days without justification, these classes will not be rescheduled and will be considered attended. The school offers various contact methods for students to request class content and/or homework to catch up, either through the teacher or upon returning to class.
Changes/Cancellations by the School
If the school needs to change the course modality due to workload or other organizational reasons, it will offer the student three options:
●Offer another modality with a lower fee (4h or 6h) or individual classes until the available credit is exhausted.
●Provide a voucher with the remaining credit to be used within the next 12 months.
●Refund the remaining amount.
Conditions for Visa Courses
●If the visa has been granted, the course fee will not be refunded.
●After issuing the Letter of Acceptance, a refund will only be provided upon presentation of the visa denial issued by Spanish consular or immigration authorities. The full course fee will be refunded, excluding €300 for administrative expenses.
●The center is not responsible for costs related to the student’s repatriation.
●The maximum period to request a refund is one year from the date of the Letter of Acceptance. Only in exceptional cases, with prior notice of date changes due to appeals, can this period be extended.
Payment Conditions
●All students must pay for their course before it begins. If full payment is not made, a reservation fee must be paid: €50 for group courses and €30 for individual classes. This amount can be used as credit for future classes and is non-refundable if the student cancels the course.
●Services such as enrollment, tutoring, attendance certificates, and fees are included in the course price.
●If visa documents are required, payment must be made in a single installment. Additionally, all documents, including enrollment and the Letter of Acceptance, will be sent immediately after payment is received.
●Payments can be made in cash, by card, or via bank transfer. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method.
Course Details
The approximate duration for each level is as follows:
A1: 100 hours/ A2: 120 hours/ B1: 140 hours/ B2: 160 hours/ C1: 180 hours/ C2: 240 hours
●In semi-intensive courses, classes last 1 hour and 50 minutes daily. Intensive courses consist of 20 hours per week (4 hours daily), with a 20-minute break included.
●A placement test is mandatory for all students, except those with no prior knowledge of the language.
●Class materials must be purchased when indicated by the teacher. Materials are available for purchase at our center but can also be acquired independently by the student.
●A level certificate will be issued to students who pass the final exam and have attended at least 80% of the classes. An attendance certificate will be provided to those who have attended at least 80% of the classes.
●Students cannot choose their course instructor. Teachers will rotate among different groups periodically.
●At the end of the course, along with your certificate, you will receive a satisfaction survey to evaluate your experience at the school. You can submit it at the reception upon completion.
Additional Conditions
●Iter Camino Idiomas reserves the right to expel any student for misconduct, violation of course rules, lack of discipline, or repeated inappropriate behavior. The decision to expel a student will be made solely by Iter Camino Idiomas. No refund will be issued in such cases.
●Please be punctual to avoid disrupting your classmates or interfering with their learning. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the school may recommend attending the next class to avoid disturbing others and interrupting the class flow.
●Be polite and respectful to your classmates.
●Eating or drinking in class is not allowed, except for water or coffee.
●In case of an emergency requiring surgery, hospitalization, or other medical care, Iter Camino, S.L. will take any action deemed appropriate under the circumstances but will not be responsible for organizing medical or psychiatric treatment, administering prescription medication, or arranging transportation back to your home country.
●The school has medical insurance coverage for accidents occurring within the school premises.
●The school reserves the right to determine if a student is not adequately prepared to advance to the next level due to insufficient Spanish knowledge. In such cases, the student must extend their participation in the Spanish course.
●Students with complaints or concerns should contact the Head of Studies, who will review the issue to find a solution.
●The school has a procedure for handling student complaints, claims, or suggestions. A suggestion box is available at the reception for this purpose.
●Students with special educational needs must notify the school at the time of enrollment and specify all necessary requirements.
●Iter Camino Idiomas will not use images or videos for promotional purposes without the student’s explicit written consent, as outlined in the privacy document provided during enrollment.

Holidays (2025)
January 1, 6, and 22; March 19; April 18, 21, and 28; May 1; August 15; October 9; November 1; December 8 and 25.
Classes scheduled on these days will not be rescheduled unless two holidays fall within the same week. In that case, one day will be made up at the end of the course. No refund policy applies.

课程预订、更改及取消的一般条款

学校将确认收到解约申请，并按规定处理已支付款项的退还事宜。

●若小组课或一对一课程已开始，学生选择取消课程，学费将不予退还。学校将提供价值等同于该课程学费的代金券，该代金券可在接下来的12个月内使用。
●在任何情况下，均不允许学生将其课程时数转让或出售给其他学生，无论其与该学生存在何种亲属关系。
●若学生为未成年人，其父母或法定监护人必须在注册前，在相关条款上签署同意书及课程规则确认书。
●课程费用包含注册费、课时费、出勤证明费以及相关行政费用。
●在因不可抗力（如自然灾害、大规模停电或其他类似情况）导致课程暂停或临时取消的情况下，本机构承诺将为学生保留相应的课程名额，并按照课程未能进行的时长，顺延其课程。
一对一课程
学生变更/取消规定
●更改上课日期、缺课或暂停课程不产生额外费用，但必须提前3天通知学校，以便学校进行安排。若未提前通知，该课时将被计为正式上课，相关费用不予退还。
●如因疾病、医疗手术或其他健康相关原因缺课，必须提供有效医疗证明方可申请补课。在此情况下，Iter Camino Idiomas 将根据学校资源情况和工作量，决定补课的具体时间和方式。
●若学生在课程尚未开始前取消（无论出于个人或医疗原因），学校将退还课程费用，但 30欧元的订金不予退还。
校方变更/取消规定
●若课程尚未开始前由校方取消，学校将全额退还课程费用，或学生可选择转报其他课程。
●若课程已开始后由校方取消，学校将退还未使用课时的剩余费用。
小组课程
●小组课程最少开班人数为4人，最多为8人。
●对于每周10小时或半强化模式的小组课程，若该班大多数学生报名的是每周6小时或4小时的课程类型，则班级最大容量可增至12名学生。
●在小组课程中，若多名学生未能按本班既定日期全部出勤，学生之间需协商达成一致，确保在相同日期上课。否则，原定的教学计划将超出预计时长。
●若班级人数减少至仅剩一名学生，该学生须在以下选项中选择其一：
●学校将按剩余小组课程费用的等值金额折算为对应的一对一课程课时。
●暂停课程并等待学校组建可加入的新班级。在任何情况下，已付课程费用均不予退还。
●若班级人数减少至2或3名学生，学生可选择：
●每节课课时减少30分钟。
●转为 1对2 或 1对3 的小班课程，并按相应的小班课程价格计费。
学生变更/取消规定
●暂停课程仅允许按整周（7天）进行，不可暂停单日课程。为此，您必须提前一周（7天）通知学校。否则，相关课程将被视为正常授课并收取费用。
●若遇紧急情况并能提供医疗证明，课程可进行补课，但仅限暂停整周或更长时间的情况方可安排。
校方变更/取消规定
●若因工作量或其他组织安排原因，校方需变更课程模式，学校将为学生提供以下三种选择：
●提供课时费更低的课程（如每周4小时或6小时课程）或一对一课程，直至其账户剩余课时/费用用完为止。
●学校将发放一张包含剩余课时/费用价值的代金券，该代金券可在接下来的12个月内使用。
●退还剩余课时对应的费用。
签证课程条款
●若签证已获批，课程费用不予退还。
●在《录取通知书》签发后，仅当学生出示由西班牙领事或移民当局签发的正式拒签证明时，方可申请退款。学校将全额退还课程费用，但需扣除300欧元作为行政手续费。
●本中心不承担因学生遣返所产生的任何费用。
●申请退款的最长期限为自《录取通知书》签发之日起1年内。仅在极特殊情况下（例如，因提交申诉而提前通知更改日期），该期限可酌情延长。
付款条件
●所有学生必须在开课前支付课程费用。若未能全额支付，则必须支付订金：小组课程订金为50欧元，一对一课程订金为30欧元。此订金可用作后续课程的预存费用；若学生取消课程，订金不予退还。
●课程费用包含注册费、课时费、出勤证明费及相关行政费用。
●如需办理签证相关文件，相关费用也须一次性付清。所有文件（如报名表、录取通知书、注册证明等）将在收到付款后立即寄出。
●学费接受现金、银行卡、转账支付。如需退款，将通过原支付方式返还。
课程详情
各级别课程时长（近似）：
A1: 100小时 / A2: 120小时 / B1: 140小时 / B2: 160小时 / C1: 180小时 / C2: 240小时
●半强化课程为每日课时为 1小时50分钟。强化课程为每周 20小时（每日 4小时），每日课程包含一次20分钟的休息。
●所有学生必须参加分班测试。仅零基础学生可免于参加。
●课堂上使用的教材需在教师指定时购买。教材可在本中心购买，学生亦可自行购买。
●级别证书将授予通过期末考试且出勤率至少达到80% 的学生。出勤证明将授予出勤率至少达到80% 的学生。
●学生不可自行选择授课教师。教师将按计划在不同班级间轮换。
●课程结束时，学生将随证书收到一份满意度调查问卷，用于评估在校体验。填写完毕后，可交至前台。
附加条款
●Iter Camino Idiomas 保留因违反课程规定、屡次不守纪律或行为不当而开除任何学生的权利。学生行为是否构成开除，由 Iter Camino Idiomas 全权判定。在此情况下，费用不予退还。
●请准时上课，以免打扰同学或影响其学习。若迟到超过15分钟，学校可能建议学生参加下一堂课，以免干扰课堂秩序和学习节奏。
●请对同学保持礼貌与尊重。
●课堂上禁止饮食（仅允许饮用水或咖啡）。
●如遇需手术、住院或其他医疗护理的紧急情况，Iter Camino, S.L. 将根据情况采取其认为适当的措施，但不负责安排医疗或精神治疗、管理处方药物以及安排遣返回国。
●学校已购买医疗保险，涵盖在校内发生的事故。
●学校保留判定内部课程学员是否因西班牙语知识不足而不具备升级资格的权利。在此情况下，学员需延长其西班牙语课程的学习时间。
●如有投诉或认为未受重视的学生，应联系教务主任。教务主任将分析投诉并寻求解决方案。
●学校设有处理学生投诉、申诉或建议的程序。学生可在前台找到投诉信箱。
●有特殊教育需求的学生，必须在注册时通知学校，并详细说明所有必要事项。
●Iter Camino Idiomas 不会将学员的照片或视频用于宣传目的，除非学员在注册时收到的隐私文件中明确书面同意。

2025年节假日安排
1月1日、6日、22日；3月19日；4月18日、21日、28日；5月1日；8月15日；10月9日；11月1日；12月8日、25日。
这些节假日的课时不予补课。除非同一周内有两个节假日，此种情况下，将在课程结束时补课一天。不适用于退款政策。
